It’s times like this when I wish I had continued with my Japanese studies!

In the series, you play a defense attorney who must search for the truth and get his clients a “not guilty” verdict. It may sound boring, but the characters and writing are phenomenal and the games are a must-play. If you own a Nintendo DS, definitely make sure to pick up Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney and thank me later. :)
Anyway, there is a very credible rumor that Capcom will be releasing a prequel to the series where you play as Miles Edgeworth, Phoenix Wright’s prosecutor “nemesis” in the first game. The interesting thing here is not only do we get a game with Miles as the main character, but we get a game where we get to play as the prosecution! It’s a nice change of pace for fans of the series, and I’m curious to see how the game plays out…not just from a gameplay perspective, but also from a story perspective. Characters like Detective Dick Gumshoe will be “back”, and it’ll also be good to learn more backstory on some of my favorite characters.
The only thing that frustrates me about this “announcement” is that the source verifying the rumor is Famitsu magazine in Japan. Famitsu is great, but I can’t really read it! Here’s the 2-page spread covering the story. Can anyone tell me what this says??? (I really wish I hadn’t stopped taking Japanese while at MIT!)
